How We Handle Your Name, Phone Number, and Call

This site exists to connect people in Greeley and Weld County, Colorado with an insulation crew. The only information we ask for is what is needed to call you back about an insulation job. This page explains what we collect, why, and who sees it.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, phone number, the service you selected, and which page you submitted from.
• Phone calls: your phone number, and whatever you tell us during the call.
• Basic web analytics: if analytics are enabled, standard non-identifying visit data such as page views, referring site, and general device type.

We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, date of birth, bank or card details, credit information, or any medical information. Please do not send those through the form. Payment for completed work is handled directly between you and the crew doing the job, not through this site.

Why we collect it

One reason: to respond to your request about insulation work. Your name and phone number are used to call you back, give you a price range, schedule a walkthrough, and follow up about that project. That is the entire purpose.

The phone number on this site

The number published here is a call-tracking line. When you call it, the call is forwarded to the insulation service partner covering your area. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training, which is disclosed here and, where required, at the start of the call. If you do not want to be recorded, say so and we will note it.

Who your information is shared with

Form submissions and call details are passed to the insulation service partner that handles work in your town, so they can quote and complete your job. They are also handled by the service providers that run our form endpoint and call routing on our behalf.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or pass it to unrelated advertisers or lead brokers. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect someone from harm.

Cookies and tracking

This site loads no third-party chat widgets, ad pixels, or social scripts. If website analytics or call-tracking scripts are added later, they may set a cookie to count visits and attribute calls. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time without losing access to anything on the site.

How long we keep it

Contact details from a form or call are kept as long as needed to quote and complete the work, plus a reasonable period afterward for warranty and record-keeping. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless a completed job record has to be retained.

Your choices

• Ask us to stop contacting you and we stop. Say "remove me" on a call or reply to a text.
• Ask what we have on file for you and we will tell you.
• Ask us to delete it and we will, subject to the record-keeping note above.
• Colorado residents have additional rights under state privacy law, including access and deletion. Contact us to use them.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on property they own or manage. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and stores no customer database of its own. Form submissions travel to a third-party form endpoint. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so please do not send anything sensitive through a web form.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it. Questions about anything here can go through the contact page or the phone number listed on it.
